i was just out there in may and visited a few places. had to drive from ventura county. sucked major a$$ driving so much. i totally understand road rage now.
anyhow, i went to universal studios hollywood. fun and pretty much free. alvera strett. mexico central. that and downtown la. drove down to malibu,, absolutely incredible. drove the pch too. while in malibu we went to a little shack on the beach for dinner. it was great. there was a really windy road my friend took me up and i almost got car sick.
i was only there for a day and a half. got there friday afternoon and left sunday from san pedro on a cruise to mexico. met some guys on ship who lived in west hollywood (gay of course, j/k) and they said we should visit redondo beach. they were going to take us around when we got back into port since we had an extra day. we were suppose to go to the house of blues cuz they lived upstairs from there. and we were going to go to some art show on the beach. we couldn't go though. long story.
oh and yes, the water is freezing in malibu. it's even cold all the way down to cabo san lucas mexico.
