To my company: It's been a year. A whole year. I can't believe that I've lasted this long. Three contracts in 12 months. Your benefits are a joke. Your attendence policy is crazy. And don't even get me started on the pay....
To the management of my current department: I've been on this contract 3 weeks now. For 3 weeks now I've been in a complete rage. I go home angry everyday. Last Thursday after I got off work,I cried all the way home. Everything is ia complete and total mess on this contract. You know it,I know it, and the client knows it. So why hasn't anything been done? How much longer do we have to wait till things get better? Do you have any ideal how stressed out us csr's are? Do you know how tired we are getting cussed on by customers every single day? Inmates get talk to better then us csrs have been these past 3 weeks. If you don't watch out, us csr's are going to ban together and file a class-action suit for mental and emotional cruelty
