Deciding whether or not Greek Life is for you is not an easy thing to do. I was honestly always very skeptical about Greek Life. Greeks didn't seem to have a good reputation on my campus, and I just didn't know if I would fit in. However, once I really started to look at the amazing things Greek Life could do for me, I did find my home. Greek Life is something that you get out of it, what you put into it. And it's not for everyone. But it does provide a tight bond that is almost impossible to break. It provides shoulders to cry on, arms to celebrate in, minds to study with, athletes to play with, socialites to party with, and a family that is unlike any family you can be born into. Don't be afraid of not receiving a bid. Be yourself, have fun, smile, relax and show them how special you really are. If it happens, it happens, if not, don't give up...there are other groups, and other organizations...but I'm sure it'll work out one way or another - follow your heart!
