After he gets his NBA and sneaker $$$, he needs to get solid financial planning and a strong investment portfolio. Quality black-owned financial management firms exist. He doesn't need ex-cons handling his business affairs. 
Glad to read that he's got a 3.2 GPA. It would be nice to further his education. Kevin Garnett and Kobe Bryant, two of the best HS-to-NBA guys, have both reportedly taken college classes. Don't know about Tracy McGrady, though.

In KG's defense as far as school, he wanted to go to school out of high school, but he couldn't pass the SAT to get a scholarship. His goal though was to eventually go to college which he has started. KG is a really nice young man. I have met him and he has very nice manners.
