Yoga IS a workout!! If you like it, you might want to try Pilates.

I was doing SO well yesterday....ate around 1200 calories (which I have to be careful to eat that much most days...a lot of times I'm not all that hungry and only eat around 1000 but that'll kill my metabolism). I went home and worked out and then went grocery shopping with my friend for our party tonight. Went back to their place and was STARVING, but I was ok. And then someone mentioned Chipotle.

For anyone who's had Chipotle...or saw the Osbournes last week...you KNOW how addictive that stuff is. You're fine if you go cold turkey. In fact, you don't even miss it. But once you start having Chipotle, you want it ALL the time. It's seriously ridiculous. And, of course, you start off saving part of the burrito for the next day, but once you've been able to eat the whole thing, you can't go back. It's ridiculous. So today I REALLY have to try to be good. It's been easy so far since, thanks to the Chipotle burrito, I didn't wake up starving. So my plan is to have some peanuts in a little bit to get protein, then have a lean cuisine for lunch, then possibly Subway for dinner. I probably won't have time to work out, but I can take today off on that.
