This thread is working! I came home from work about an hour ago, thinking "I'm sooo tired..." I saw this thread and decided I really ought to go exercise - so I did! 
I haven't worked out in several weeks, so I'm trying to ease back into it... just a light workout today... but it shouldn't be too long before I'm back into my routine.
