Maybe I can help a little... I'm a student assistant to my campuses "Greek Advisor" (I put that in parentheses because it isn't his actual title, he just has to assume the role and is doing a damn good job of it!), and part of my responsibilities have included helping plan IFC rush and promoting Greek life.
I can check some of the brochures, pamphlets, and other stuff we have in my office and get back to you with how to get that information at your university. You should also check out Greek101.com like chloe173 suggested. The CD-Rom is a great marketing tool, but it can get pricey- we did one this year for IFC and Panhellenic and it wasn't all that was promised, but it was still really nice. Basically, Greek101.com designs it and has their name ALL OVER IT, and it's your responsibility to find a way to pay for it. If you can find local sponsors, that's the best way to go. Otherwise, consider asking the chapters on campus to fork over a portion of the money in exchange for appearing on the CD-Rom. That's what we all had to do.
Email or PM me if you want me to get any information for you. I'd be glad to help out!
