I am guilty of saying tipsy, so KDatUTC, you may be onto something.

I also say I am "warm," or "nice" lol. Sounds better, I dunno, lol.

When I first meet people when I am drunk, I will tell them I am "intoxicated," trying to impress them with my expansive vocabulary, lol.

Depends on my level of drunkeness on whether I even have to tell someone this or not, lol. Sometimes it's pretty obvious.
