Non-HBCU campus: any campus which isn't historically black. HBCUs include Florida A&M, Howard, Spelman, Morehouse, and Hampton.
Being
shirted is something that occurs before a pinning takes place (but not in all situations), where the guy and girl are serious, but not to "pinning" status. I guess not all groups do this, but it has to be a unanimous decision amongst the brothers in order for it to happen.
