on tha contrary Professor...
maybe initially there was no plan... but at one point i was in possesion of a DIRECT quote of one of tha jewels clearly stating his disapproval of grad chapters and how they are running tha organization, taking tha focus away from undergradz... if i can find it, i'll be SURE to post it on here...
