Well just know that you really aren't the only ones out there going through this with a small greek system! Like I said, my alma mater is a small greek campus (they held a non-traditional formal rush this year because FR has been so dismal in recent years), AND I advise now at another VERY small greek campus.
AMAZING THINGS WILL HAPPEN IF YOU NEVER GIVE UP!
