I like lionlove's idea - not posting your full resume, but just posting the type of job you're looking for, maybe a general level of experience and education, and maybe the region you want to work in. A lot of companies post available jobs on internal networks, and I've had HR people come up to me and say "Do you know anyone with experience in _____?" - so if you see a job listing that another GC'er might be a good fit for, you would send them a PM with the details.
