Jail Cuts Cell Cable, Saves $128 a Year. They aren't really saving money its a good excuse to actually let the prisoners be punished instead of wathcing tv most of the day.

Sounds a lot like a crime I covered for the school newscast... At Oklahoma Christian (a school a few miles from mine) a fella broke into two girls' apartments. He at gunpoint demanded that they both get in the same bed and masturbate while he watched.. He didn't actually rape them.. He made off with a laptop computer and their purses.. Never caught the guy.

Very sad when stuff like this happens. Was a shock for the whole community, especially that campus which only has around 2000 students.
