breaking tradition
My family came up to Chitown to see me instead of our normal trip to be with the rest of the relatives in Kentucky. So we went out to dinner at a nice restaurant downtown and had a family style turkey spread with awesome acorn squash soup. And then we gave leftovers to a woman who had spent all afternoon on the same corner panhandling for change. We also saw "My big fat Greek wedding" and walked down the Mag mile. All in all, a good time.
Anyone else opt out for food instead of home cooking?
