Study tables in my sorority didn't work. I didn't make grades my first semester of college so I didnt' get to keep my position. Does your house do that? I know for me it was embarressing to give up my position, but it worked out because my grades improved and I was able to foucs on some other issues I was having. I know girls with good grades had fewer study hours. Whoever said they don't think there brothers would care if they had privelages revoked- maybe they don't need to be in your fraternity then. If they aren't going to make an effort then they don't deserve to be in your house.A brother/sisterhood is about helping eachother out by not making grades they are hurting your house. My chapter kicks out memebers if they achieve below a 2.3 in 3 consecutive semesters. I
