I can think of 2 things:
1. Salespeople who are not snobby. The Gap has cool clothes sometimes, but FYI: the fact that you are 18 years old and have a job folding $50 sweaters does not make you special.
2. Colors besides black, white and khaki.
Not meaning to bash the Gap, because I fall in practically every time I go to the mall...I am just always appalled by the snotchy employees, (especially ones who tell me that short length jeans will be too short, despite the fact that I am 5'3" and have the exact same pair of regular length ones at home that are too long!
