Rudy's is soooo good! Ever heard of Joe Cotton's BBQ? It's a place over here in the outskirts of Corpus, closer to Robstown. Their BBQ is really, really good but has gone down in the recent years. Rudy's is a new fav! When I was in San Antonio last, I had to visit Rudy's. How could I not?
