I'm with librasoul and Cream. As wing designer, and an East Coast resident myself, I firmly declare that the name of our wing will have nothing to do with the left coast!
I like the region idea, especially as we all know Texas is its own region
I do hope I'm still welcome to visit the Texas wing... that BBQ sounds a lot better than what passes for BBQ up here. In return, you are, of course, all welcome to drop by and partake of our "expensive arse alcohol, and DVD porn."
