I just wanted to add a piece of info to the AZD's post. I do actually go to a school where total is 100 and quota this year was around 60, which brings some chapters' sizes to around 150. Yes, some chapters try to avoid taking non-freshmen, just because of what AZD has said. You still will find, however, at least one sophomore in every pledge class. We only have one this year, but last year we had three sopohomores and two juniors. It all varies from school to school, like everyone has already said, but this is just an example of the situation here.
