That's me at our annual Trick-or-Teke costume party... I was dressed as a preppy... which also doubled as a Sigma Chi, oddly enough.

Our Univerity has 10 fraternities, and most of us are very close to a house, theres only one fraternity with a house, " FIJI" and thats because they got a "large" donation... very large

Well your design looks good for the house, hope it comes about quick for your guys. Having a house is a good rush tool. Just keep on hitting up the alumni and set excess dues into savings you will get there.
