ktsnake - that is the honest truth of it.. i hated working at sprint... maybe it was just my store and the management of it, but it was hell. he was only 23, and the oldest one in the store.. the manager was super sexist too, i was the only female in the store and he treated me like the store maid. i eventually left for better employment, at verizon. i'm still training but it seems like a much better atmosphere and company to work for.. in the last quarter sprint actually net LOST customers.. which is super bad.
