Fraternity Advisor Not Guilty of Sexual Battery

(11/05/02) A jury delivered a verdict yesterday in the trial of 46-year old Joseph Wegrzynowski. The Cleveland State University
fraternity advisor was accused of molesting a 19-year old fraternity brother during a party. Wegrzynowski admitted to sexual
contact with the student after a night of drinking, but claims it was consensual.

Sick, and creepy yes, but this is a case of one individual's act, not a reflection of a group.
