I believe Lauren was played by Jesslyn Gelsig, or something like that. I heard that she left because she was supposed to be the main actress on the show, but when Jeri Ryan came on she wasn't as important. I haven't gotten to watch any of the episodes yet, but my mom and I watched it the night Harry got stabbed and my mom got really upset and almost started to cry.
