You probably will not find a lot of feedback here, honest or otherwise, for your speech. Besides the nature of your question, I'd be hard pressed to believe "credible" evidence in a debate coming from a chat room....

A better resource for you would be to go to www.stophazing.org, and link to the hazing study conducted by Alfred University, regarding high school hazing. Good luck.
