When I'm really frustrated, and stuff has been builting up, I usually snap. Most of the time I punch the wall or hard object (NEVER PEOPLE), which feels so good after I have done it, it seems really stupid at the time, but it makes me feel better because A) It hurts, and gets me to step back and think "Okay, take a deep breath and think, is this really that big of a deal." and B) Gets all of my energy out. Sometimes, I want to throw stuff, and I have to use all my strength not to throw things like my cell phone because I know I will regret it 2 seconds later when it's in like 10 pieces. Yelling doesn't help me, but punching stuff

always does.
