If he were in my chapter, I'd be seriously pursuing a case for expulsion or at least suspension right now. Sure, I'd consider mitigating circumstances, but I don't see any. I don't view intoxication as a mitigating circumstance, especially with this kind of behavior.
This sort of thing really pisses me off. But then, lots of us have been there, have had people bearing our names do things that give us a bad image and upset us. I suspected it'd be my turn eventually.
