Ya know, I have my own little theory on this.....(this also refers to another thread, but...) I think that these shootings are related to the war on terror. I have noticed that everytime Bush has made some statement or action about the issues in the Middle East someone is shot and killed...I think the message is clear... they can institute fear and anxiety, economic unrest by simply outsmarting (us) our (military) law enforcement. (Terrorism mentality...small in number big on ideas) I truly believe this is a ring of individuals who carefully plot their hits by simply watching the news. They can go unnoticed simply because they don't leave the scene (in a white van which I think is fictitious). Think about this, how is it they can quickly vanish without a trace and we supposedly have all types of survaillance and miltary personnel in place? How is it that the victims are shot within 30-50 mile radiuses of each other (if check point are in place..not possible by way of interstates and highways...too much congested traffic...so they must be either on foot or more than one person is shooting)...
Bush has not made any REAL commentary about these killings/shootings..what's up with that? It's in his own backyard....

Ideal08 and other DC/Virginia/Maryland area members stay safe may God bless and keep you....

It is sad that people kill others to get a political messgae across
