I contacted Panhel in January with the interest of establising a new colony. The president told me that there was already a group of girls working on this, so she gave me their contact information. When I met with the other group, Julie, the girl in charge basically, told me that Tri Sigma had contacted the university in October. So xp2k, I think that the last rumors you heard were a little bit of both.
