Because you tell us we can do everything else BUT that! No pun intended.
So of course we want to do it. If you were like, lets do it, often, the novelty would soon wear off.
Its like the garden of eden and the tree of life. Similar situations, you can eat any apple but THAT one . . . so after a while hey are bored what do they do? They eat the apple.
