I don't see too much of a problem with this.
The group that makes these (they also have a site where you can get the instructions to make your own) came about when they realized that so many people---young and old, men and women---can't tell one thing from another regarding female genitalia. I know they've had a humanitarian aspect of sorts lately, speaking to women from countries that forbid any sort of sexual education, where the women are so repressed that looking at their bodies with a mirror is considered "dirty", and these puppets have been an excellent learning tool. It's also good to show women that they come in all shapes and sizes.
With that in mind, how is it so dumb?
I do have to admit, seeing all the different puppets all lined up, in different colors, was pretty darned funny.
