Just to play Devil's Advocate here, please at least wait out the 5-8 days til the toxicology report comes back. He may not have been drinking.

Yeah, it was 2am and these guys were in a cold lake. Not a smart idea. This chapter was an Excellence Award winning chapter, and was very well respected in Pi Kappa Alpha. It just goes to show that even top chapters can have big problems.
