Make a foam machine?

I've heard there are plans out there on how to make a foam machine (for foam parties)... I checked around and all I could find was foam machine sales and rentals. Has anyone made one of these machines?

All I remember from the plans (someone told me about them once) is that it takes a vacuum cleaner motor. Can't remember anything else.
