Unfortunately it's just one of those things...
Some of the strongest leaders and hardest workers in my house are COB's- funny b/c we really got to know them and hang out with them several times before offering them a bid. Then you look at some of the girls we got from formal rush who don't do anything at all

Kinda makes you wish the process could be different
