MOX, If the Fraternity whether it be Mine or anyone elses, Violates the rules then it is wrong!
We as Upstanding Greek Organizations try to project a personna!
We catch enough heat beacuse of stupidiy and it reflects upon all of us as Greeks!
There are more people looking at us from the outside then the inside!
If they did something wrong, and it is not punished, what will the campus think along with the Educators?!
I would notify them, give them a chance and if they fight you on it, that is their fault not yours!
Do what is best for your campus!
