After reflecting on my recruitment experience, I would say that I prefer to meet multiple women from the chapter on the first nights than spend a lot of time with one. One sorority at my school kept me with one girl per night every night of recruitment, and overall I only got to meet 5 girls. I did not like that at all, and it was a major factor in my decision to rank them lower.
