Hello Sorors, SF's and fellow GC'ers!!!
If you attended your class reunion:
1. What kind of person were you in HS?
2. How have you changed?
3. Did you enjoy your reunion?
4. Did you gloat?
Soror, what you do is totally up to you. However, my sister felt the same as you. I'm from West Point, Mississippi, so there might be some type of connection between you and me. Never know! Further, she graduated from West Point High School and we all moved to Minnesota. At first she wasn't going to go to her Class Reunion, but I talked her into it. To answer your questions:
1) She was very popular in school. She wore the best clothes, had the best hair styles, etc. She was a very gregarious person; one who was definitely socialized.
2) She's changed greatly. By her moving to Minnesota, she went from wanting to be a Chemical Engineer to a Math Teacher. She's a Delta, always wanted to be. She's use to be this social butterfly, but now she's an intravert.
3) Even though she didn't want to go to her reunion, she really did enjoy it. Everbody was happy to see her and she was equally happy to see them.
If you haven't attended one yet or missed yours:
1. Why? (if you missed)
2. Will you dread it or anticipate it?
3. What kind of person were you in HS?
4. How have you changed?

2) When my class reunion comes, I definitely plan on attending. I will be excited about going as well. My high school was not all that. There weren't a lot of African Americans, but I still enjoyed being apart of the celebration. I will also be excited to see the teachers that I had back then.
3) I thought I was sooo grown in high school. I wore pant suits every single day, got my hair and nails done every two weeks. I guess you can say that I was burgeouise (sp?). I wasn't cocky, but high maintenance! I won best dress. Other than that I was a really sweet person. I never gossiped, fought, nor was in a clique.
4) Well, I guess you can say that I've changed a lot. That high mainenance chick is no longer alive! I now own three pairs of tennis shoes, I hardly wear pant suits any more. I get my hair done when I can afford it. M.A.C., I haven't bought any in the longest (how I'm craving for some new shadows and Verushka), oh and those nails...they're gone! My level of spirituality is on another level. God has definitely taken presidence of everything that comes in my life. Of course, I'm greek and I still have no children. Most of my classmates have children. Go figure. I really do look forward to going to the reunion.
Soror, I think you should go. If I made any typos, I'm sorry...I don't feel like proofreading.
