Ebay. Yes that's how this began. I saw that auction for the AM pin and also the one for an economy badge - the kind new initiates are supposed to receive. The high bidder on both was our newest active.

I asked him why he was bidding on these and I was shocked to learn that he'd never received either one and felt disappointed and so was out trying to buy his own.

Now I find this has been going on for several years. Brothers have not had AM pins, brother badges, ID cards, or Certificates. The reason?

The chapter owes Int'l some money.

It was $7,000 but I helped the chapter find HQ's mistakes and get it down to $3,000.

Still Indy is playing hardball and using strong-arm tactics like these to hurt kids who paid their Association and Initiation fees and force them to go out and buy what's rightfully theirs on the open market.

I think it's a sick way of running a fraternity and they will be hearing my opinions very very soon. Helmbock and the rest better watch out because I won't be holding anything back on this one.

I have everything to gain and nothing to lose. Like Tom Earp says, "Whatcha gonna do, Fire me?"

Sorry if I sound a bit angry, actually I'm just totally livid.

In ZAX,
Jono
