I know that on my campus, the University gives each organization free web site space and design if they wish to use it...I think that the same goes for a lot of other schools, so you might want to check with your center for student activities center or something. As for outside sources, Geocities is good, but I've also found Angelfire (
http://www.angelfire.com) to be great too. I use it all of the time, and there are a lot of options, especially if you don't have any web page design experience. Hope this helps!
