Hell with guys, you can get 3 or more bids...but I dont know how a guy could make a good impression on that many houses, enough to get more than 3 bids (we generally dont bid someone unless they have been to at LEAST 2 functions and they meet our pre-established critera).
Keep us up to date. us guys need to exert some control up in here. Come on boys...represent... lol

Another question.. Why is he rushing? Were you an influence? Just curious. If we can understand whay a guy rushes, them we can market towards that.
