We also used tapes we got from Victoria Johnsons Website she has tapes called Cardio Soul, Cardio Dance Hip hop Body Shop, etc.

for abs I have a great video called African Healing Dance its hosted by a lady named Wyoma. Its like a mix of bellydancing and a high energy African dance class. I ordered that from Amazon.com and with it came a video called The Method Afro-Brazilian Cardio.
