I'm just going to ditto about everything that's been said already, but oh well...Last year was my first experience with formal recruitment. I in no way claim to know everything and mistakes will be made. But, when they ARE made, it's important to recognize them and work to correct them for the future. Also, it always seems to me that people respond over-emotionally when they are cornered on something...if someone really thought they were blameless, they'd be more able to put forth a calm argument. But, anyway, TBSG, this is about you and about supporting you and I hope that you know that we are here for you!
