OK, ya'll are gonna think I went crazy...

3 of my 5 attendants were AOIIs, a fourth was a legacy - my sister. The flower girl was a legacy - an attendant's sister. The bridesmaids carried red roses and white daisies and they wore pearls - don't worry the dresses were navy. Another AOII did one of the readings.

The cake had fresh flowers on it - red roses, and at the reception I had a "candle passing" although this time I just stood in the middle holding the flowers and candle and blew it out when they finished singing our candle lighting song: she's a rose, she's a pearl, she's an AOII girl... hence my signature. If you want to know the rest let me know.

Now onto the rest... My husband is a IIKA all 5 of his attendants were IIKA and so was the other reader. I mentioned the cake earlier, instead of icing ribbons on the side of the cake I had tiny icing lily of the valley. I also had 2 garters one to throw and one to keep. The one he threw was white lace with garnett and gold ribbon and lily of the valley (fake). I sooo wanted lily of the valley in my bouquet until I found out it was $60 a stem and would wilt in an hour had white roses instead.

When my big and lil got married we also had candle passings for them. Not sure if any other sisters in our chapter had them...
