I think sometimes it depends on your school. At my college, age doesn't matter. I pledged as a freshman, but one of my pledge sisters was a 20-year-old junior. But at another school, my friend from HS rushed as a sophomore (age 19) and had a really hard time, and ended up dropping out of rush. I say go for it, and act like yourself, whether you're 18, 20, or 100 years old! If you are really excited, a truly good chapter will recognize that and see what you have to offer. Best of luck!
