Most of the time, living as a Greek in a House is cheaper than living on campus! It also depends on the imenities that go along with it. But if you have to spend alittle more trust me it is and will be well worth it!
I know my chapter compares our pricing for living to what not what the market will bear but try to be competative or even lower!
If you do not go Greek, how many of your fellow Dorm Rats will you remember and have contact with after Graduation? I still do as am very active and I Graduated in 1967!
What is it worth to do and be with Fellow Brothers? Sisters for the rest of your life?
We just had a 35 Ann. of the founding of the local i started and 80 + Alums showed up. More than ever before! That is saying something as they came from all corners of the country!!!! Now their Kids or Grand Kids are coming there and in the Chapter!!!!!

Damn does that make me feel MATURE!!!!!
