Beth all you have to do is "click" any of the topics that say rec-ref-resume' etc. I think there are 3 or 4 going right now. It is best to post new questions on a topic thread that has already been started on your subject. The information already provided most likely covers more questions than you could think up. It also makes it easier for people to respond if they can read one thread instead of four.
If you have time, read through those posts first. I also recommend you check out the information on Rush. About the only thing I haven't seen covered is- what is rush like at Albania tech. Everyone here is helpful beyond belief. You are in very good company.
