I'm curious as to how invitations will be handled if Tri-Delta is participating in set 2 which is invitation only. Will every PNM be invited to Tri-Delta sets and be required to attend or will PNMs rank Tri-Delta and potentially not receive an invitation, if their schedule is full?

I'm not sure. As far as when a new chapter comes on maybe they won't "count" towards the overall house count and a PNM can decide early on if she would rather pursue the new chapter rather than continue with formal recruitment.

I'm the one that asked the question. I had that question since I read the Tri-Delta on line information about their re-colonization. My understanding of how RFM works leaves me with the question about how Tri-Delta will participate in an invitation only round. Will every PNM be invited to set II and will they be limited to the 8 invitations as stated in the on-line schedule or will there be an extra 9th invitation that everyone accepts and attends? if the PNMs are limited to 8 and they accept a Tri-Delta invitation and they have more than 8 invitations, then the PNM is declining at least one invitation to a group that wanted them and which will continue in recruitment but now the PNM will not have an opportunity to advance with that group.
I'm just at a quandary as to how this participation in set II will fit in with the requirements of RFM invitation management.

I believe that for this time only, there is a mandatory 9th invitation to just fit Tri-Delta in. The RFM specialist can do a custom change for this round
personally, I don't think it makes sense but that's just me.

thanks for the information .. I was really wondering how that was going to be implemented. And I'm with you .. doesn't make sense to me either.

I really dislike how Arizona has extended recruitment over the past few years. Before a Covid, it was barely 8 days long and certainly wasn’t spread over 2 weeks. I think it’s very unfair to both the actives and PNMS to have recruitment, school and academic responsibilities, clubs and social recruitment, and more starting up at the same time.

I personally would like the idea of it not being so "rushed" and having some time off to get acclimated to the campus in general. But that's just me.
