Ironically I only knew about fraternity rush because I grew up with 2 brothers. I came into my initial recruitment utterly clueless on how to approach it (maybe that's why I thrived during informal recruitment.)
My main fear is there are campuses with under 40 total, they're going to be under pressure to be in constant COB mode to reach total, even if they are naturally at their own campus total and have been recruiting fine without issue.
