NPC Members' Recommendation Policies - 2026

Let me know if I missed something - some websites make it difficult to find the information!

NPC Members’ Official Recommendation Policies

1. Alpha Chi Omega – Recommendations may be submitted by: • An alumna member of the Fraternity who is in good standing • An active collegiate member of the Fraternity who is in good standing . The form may be found here: https://my.alphachiomega.org/AXO/Sig...turnurl=%2fRIF[/

2. Alpha Delta Pi – PNMs may introduce themselves - https://www.alphadeltapi.org/collegi...as%20you%20can.
• Alumnae and collegiate members in good standing may submit a rec (note that collegiate members cannot write a rec for their chapter, but may for other chapters). https://prideonline.alphadeltapi.org...mmendations%2F

3. Alpha Epsilon Phi – Alumnae and collegians in good standing may submit a rec (note that collegiate members cannot write a rec for their chapter, but may for other chapters). https://www.aephi.org/introduce-a-potential-member

4. Alpha Gamma Delta – Members and non-members are encouraged to submit a Recruitment Information form for Potential New Members. RIFs have replaced the previous Recommendation Form—also known as a "rec." https://alphagammadelta.org/rif/

5. Alpha Omicron Pi – The“Potential New Member Introduction form” allows AOII members AND non-members to submit a form for Potential New Members. Introduction forms have replaced the previous form—also known as a “MIF.” https://www.alphaomicronpi.org/for-m...mend-a-sister/


6. Alpha Phi – PNMs can request an introduction, and alumnae and collegians may complete an introduction form. https://www.alphaphi.org/join-alpha-...commendations/

7. Alpha Sigma Alpha – Members and non-members may submit a referral form. All referral forms submitted via www.alphasigmaalpha.org are forwarded to the collegiate chapter for consideration.


8. Alpha Sigma Tau – While both alumnae and collegiate members may recommend someone, please note that collegiate members cannot recommend a potential new member for their own chapter – only for a different chapter.

10. Chi Omega – Chi Omega alumnae in good standing complete what is known as a Recruitment Introduction Form (RIF). https://everyday.chiomega.com/Specia...yRecruits.aspx If a PNM does not know any Chi O alumnae, they may fill out an Interest form - https://everyday.chiomega.com/PNM-Interest-Form

13. Delta Phi Epsilon – Alumnae in good standing can formally introduce a Potential New Member (PNM) using the sorority's online recommendation portal to submit a Recruitment Information Form. https://www.tfaforms.com/5155667

18. Kappa Kappa Gamma – Any alumna or initiated collegiate member in good standing can submit a reference. However, undergraduate members cannot write a recommendation for a PNM at their own specific college chapter. https://www.kappakappagamma.org/write-a-reference/

19. Phi Mu – Phi Mu does not accept or utilize letters of recommendation or alumna reference forms for Potential New Members (PNMs) during primary recruitment. Alumnae can submit a PNM’s information through the “From Me to You” program. https://phimu.org/for-alumnae/membership-updates/

23. Sigma Kappa – Letters of recommendation are not enforced or managed by Sigma Kappa national headquarters. Each collegiate chapter can independently collect referrals through a recruitment inbox or online form.
