Doesn’t this seem EXTREMELY fast? From invitation to recolonize to bid day in less than a month?! I just don’t want this chapter to be set up to fail

I usually see chapters take a year or even two to be reintroduced.
I am a Cincinnati Kappa Delta alum and when I was is chapter we had 6 NPC chapters that had been on campus for nearly 100 years each. SDT will make it 11 NPC chapters (plus Phi Sigma Rho). And while I’m thrilled for the growth- 7 of the NPC chapters had spring COB pledge classes so they obviously weren’t at total.
Honestly I was just shocked when I saw the quick turn around and wanted to hop on here and see if anyone else has seen things move this quickly before?
