Beta Sigma Phi has been inactive at MU for several years. As far as the interest survey goes, I’m pretty sure it closed before Christmas.

Anyone have information on University of Cincinnati’s decision to open for expansion?
Last spring we heard through our City Panhellenic group that there was an interest group asking for Sigma Delta Tau to be reinstated. When I add this with the recent new member numbers which don’t support a need for adding another group, I wonder if there any reason for me to hope my chapter may finally get to return.
Side note: I attended ADPi bid day at Ohio State yesterday. Over 100 new members, not sure so I don’t want to try to be exact. The interest exceed 200 women. The chapter is leasing the historic Psi Kappa Phi house on 14th.

Congrats to ADPI! I saw a few girls who got bids on social media and they looked so excited.
Hopefully we'll see what happens with Cincy, good luck to your chapter potentially returning.

I'm so excited for bid day on February 26th.
The recruitment schedule was on the new chapter's Instagram story.

Cincinnati Expansion
University of Cincinnati Extension Presentation schedule has been announced.
AEPhi 2/10 and SDT 2/12
So that answers my earlier questions.
Best Wishes to both groups. As the grandmother of a 3 year old granddaughter that I hope selects Cincinnati I glad that a Jewish founded organization could be an option for her.
I'm open minded about her totally unknown future, its that she could be 4th generation Bearcat. I think that would be cool. I raised my kids to consider all possibilities on the east side of the Mississippi. First choose Cincinnati, Second Syracuse, and third NC State. My daughter was encouraged to look at all sororities but I'm fortunate to share ADPi with her. OSU Bid Day Sunday, I went with her because her law partner is the new chapter advisor!

The old Phi Psi house has always been gorgeous. It was originally built for Ohio's Lieutenant Governor.
